Functional Yoga & Meditation blends therapeutic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support physical balance, emotional regulation, and nervous system healing. This integrated approach works on all levels—physical, mental, emotional, and energetic.

Sessions include functional movement informed by anatomy, targeted breathwork, guided meditation, and subtle energy-awareness practices. Together, they help regulate stress responses, release tension, improve mobility, and cultivate a grounded internal state.

This modality is ideal for chronic pain, tension, overwhelm, fatigue, or difficulties settling into the body.
